We identify and appraise enterprising industry leaders and determine top players to give you a clear understanding about what the best looks like. We provide selected profiles detailing experience, mindset and skills for you to interview and meet.
With your budget more clearly defined, we ensure you only speak to firms who will fit commercially and aesthetically. We do the research, initial calls and conversations to save you time.

Activating contracts
We request fee proposals, tailored to your brief. Our pitching journeys are immersive, engaging, collaborative and entirely relevant to your project. We analyse proposals, create transparency and ensure you have complete confidence in your costs, scope, design and rapport with your appointed team.
Our extensive experience in reading and analysing fee proposals puts us in a valuable position to ensure you do not double up on services. Whist also ensuring you are completely clear on how their fee schedules work and what to expect across the lifetime of your project.

Post contract
Having put together your team, we remain at your side throughout the project. We may have helped you appoint a project manager to manage the team through design and construction or your architect may be acting as contract administrator or you may be managing it yourself. Whichever route you take our support is there at any time to ensure smooth communication throughout.
